Ric Hayman LCH Dip.   Ric is a Coach, Mentor, Eft Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Trainer and Professional Facilitator.     He receives a great deal of satisfaction from working with people to reach their dreams and full potential. He thrives at the challenge and variety, enjoys every moment of it and savours every result.     Working as a successful Computer Consultant for more than 20 years, he resisted change because it was easier and more comfortable to stay the way he was. Ric managed to break out of the rut, with the encouragement of his Life Coach to start the exciting journey of enabling others achieve their dreams. Having studdied Neuro Linguistic Programming mid 1994 and Hypnotherapy in 1995, he finally decided to pursue a career as a Life Coach in early 2003. Ric trained and qualified with the world renowned Life Coach Curly Martin, best selling author 2004, 2005 and 2006 of "The Life Coaching Handbook".     Since training as a Life Coach with Achievement Specialists, Ric embarked upon the Mentor Coach Program has now been a senior member of the Achievement Specialists Life Coach training organisation.
